Our passion is supporting small businesses' and their owners’ successes by fully utilizing their financial data so their operational decisions are grounded in financial data and designed for growth. We aim to understand what makes our clients and their businesses tick. Our goal is to provide services to our clients that continuously add value to their business operations. While relieving business owners and office staff of the day-to-day accounting tasks, we are always on the lookout for ways to streamline client business and accounting operations as well as provide insightful ideas for your business’s growth.


LA Financial Management began in 2016 as a small, single-owner, freelance business and has since grown into what it is today.


Founder, Lara Azoy, began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP where she gained the experience necessary to obtain her CPA.  At EY, she thrived in client service, working primarily with Fortune 500 companies.  Later, she transitioned her career in the non-profit sector as the Director of Fiscal Services at a local county non-profit with an annual budget of $65M.  For nearly 10 years, she and her team worked to improve the business and fiscal practices of over 200 small business owners in the Los Angeles area while meeting and exceeding organizational targets on a consistent basis. She strives to work with mission-driven organizations in the areas of education, health and wellness, and other socially impactful organizations.


Lara has her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from University of California, Riverside (UCR) and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a wife and a mom of two young boys, 3 and 6 years old.
